Cryptic Moses is back from an extended exploration of distant planets with the sixth of seven releases in his new Undiscovered Topographies series based upon all of the data he has accumulated of these magnificent alien locales! He has spent several years analyzing the local lifeforms and geographies of these remote backwater planets, making many observations and taking many field recordings to which have since been converted to aural records. His research is yielding excellent results in the field of xeno-sonic study, and we are very proud to display his collected data here for all to observe.

As he made his way away from SR1-45 towards the next planet on his list of planets to document, Cryptic Moses happened upon an old colony on a moon of the mining planet Eoreos. At first look, it seemed to be completely abandoned, however the fact that the dome still remained and in functioning condition suggested otherwise. He docked his ship at he nearby terminal, which was all automated, exited his craft and began to look for any place he could grab a few supplies before carrying on his journey.

Not a breath of life anywhere he looked. It soon became clear that this place must have been abandoned very quickly and without a concern to even kill the power. At that moment, a robot walked up to him and began to play a holographic recording of what turned out to be the final moments of the colony, which he also learned was called "Gorneos". A devastating virus had infected the colony over 1000 years ago, killing every living creature within a weeks time leaving only the fusion powered robots and support systems operating. He spent the next couple days documenting in his usual sonic methods before heading out towards his next destination, once again leaving the colony of automatons devoid of human life.

A slow drifting memory of emotional cinematic ambience imparting a final human touch to the colony of Gorneos.
