about

01.30.2022____

Cryptic Moses is back from an extended exploration of distant planets with the second release in his new Undiscovered Topographies series based upon all of the data he has accumulated of these magnificent alien locales! He has spent several years analyzing the local lifeforms and geographies of these remote backwater planets, making many observations and taking many field recordings to which have since been converted to aural records. His research is yielding excellent results in the field of xeno-sonic study, and we are very proud to display his collected data here for all to observe.

Part 2 of 7: An Island Forms
Artist: Cryptic Moses
Total time: 39:47
Genre: Ambient/IDM/Downtempo
Release Date: Jan 30, 2022
Label: darqlab media

Hark! A new island has appeared on the distant horizon. Cryptic Moses, being the brave soul that he is, hurriedly gathered his equipment for analysis and documentation of the new land mass. After a lengthy time, living out of the craft that he arrived on, Cryptic Moses emerged with a detailed sonic topographical assessment of the new island, which has since been dubbed "Liadiani", which means "Risen From The Deep" in the local tongue of Rebma. He has managed to paint a deeply immersive soundscape, perfectly encapsulating the rich sonic diversity that Liadiani has to offer. Enjoy this little escape from daily life to soak in the enveloping waters of this newly discovered isle, being caressed by the gentle embrace of the blue moonlight.
